Use the Blair County or state custodian that matches the record:
- Court files and certified dispositions: use the Blair County court case route or call the Clerk of Courts at 814-693-3080; the Suite 144 counter is open weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and closes noon to 1 p.m.
- Warrant safety questions: contact the Blair County Sheriff, 423 Allegheny Street, Suite 111, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648, at 814-693-3100
- Booking and custody: contact Blair County Prison, 419 Market Square Alley, Hollidaysburg; the county does not publish a public web roster
- Police reports: ask the department that investigated the event; Altoona Police records can be reached at 814-949-2489, option 9
- State criminal history: order a PATCH check from the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository
- Expungement and limited access: file the proper Pennsylvania court form through the court that handled the case
The two main courthouse counters are separate. The Blair County Sheriff is in Suite 111, while the Clerk of Courts (Criminal) is in Suite 144 at 423 Allegheny Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
